A shopper reflected in a wet crosswalk steps through a puddle Friday on the way to Seminole Mall in Seminole. A tropical depression in the Gulf of Mexico continued to blanket Central Florida under clouds and rain. Seminole had 2.70 inches, Largo 2.20 and Clearwater Beach, 1.25.
